I am not sure why the state should prevent a mother from marrying her daughter. A common argument against incest is that it can produce a genetically defective baby. But, obviously, a mother and a daughter can't create a baby. So the opposition must only be for moral reasons.
Yet, we are mocked when we claim that homosexual marriage is destructive to a society. We are told to "mind your own business" and "how does it hurt you?"
Maybe so. But then, logically. how does it hurt you if a mother wants to marry her daughter?
